90-Day Return Policy for Unopened Products

We offer a 90-day return policy for unopened products. If you have not opened or used the product and it is still in its original packaging, you may return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1.  Contact Customer Service: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at waxoylpr@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization (RA) number.

2.  Packaging Your Return: Once you have received your RA number, carefully package the unopened product(s) along with the original packing slip or receipt.

3.  Shipping Your Return: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unopened product for a different item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process.
